Refund policy
At Gyvulys, we stand by the quality of our unique vintage pieces, but we also understand that sometimes, things might not work out as planned. That's why we have a 14-day return policy in place, which starts the moment you receive your item.
Please note that all returned items will undergo thorough inspection. They must be in the same condition as you received them—unused. Please also include the invoice to expedite the refund process. Regrettably, any items returned in an unsuitable condition will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you.
For your peace of mind and the security of your return, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service like recorded or special delivery. Remember, until your return is safely received at our warehouse, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at gyvulys.vintage@gmail.com, and we'll provide you with the necessary return address. Please be aware that you'll be responsible for the postage costs.

Exchanges: If you're looking to exchange an item, our recommendation is to first return the item you currently have. As soon as we accept your return, you can then place a new order for the item you desire. This method is the quickest way to guarantee you receive exactly what you want.
Refunds: Once we've received and assessed your return, we will promptly notify you about the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will automatically process the refund to your original payment method, deducting a 15% restocking fee. Please note, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
