Shipping policy
Shipping Time
Orders are shipped once a week from Lithuania. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Local Shipping (Lithuania): Packages typically arrive in less than a week.
- European Shipping: Usually takes 1-2 weeks to reach EU countries and the UK.
- International Shipping: For the United States, Canada, Australia, and other locations, delivery usually takes around 2 weeks or more.
Shipping Costs
- Lithuania: €2-4
- Europe: €6
- Rest of the World: €20 or more
All items are shipped via AB Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post), the largest postal service provider in Lithuania.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by the invoice. Returned items in unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.
For returns, we recommend using a secure or tracked shipping method and keeping proof of postage. You are responsible for the item and its condition until it reaches our warehouse.
To initiate a return, please email us at gyvulys.vintage@gmail.com. We will provide the return address. Please note that return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies. Processing times for refunds may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
